The member signs in, not you

A phone by the door, a name, one tap — and the attendance is taken. No password, no paper.

The member signs in, not you

The app in use, recorded.

Put a phone or a tablet by the door and open the Check-in page. The member types the first letters of their name, taps it — and they have arrived. On the way out, the same tap closes the visit.

No sign-in, no password, no paper. On the digital attendance sheet the member sees only their own group, and can do nothing but mark an arrival and a departure.

What shows next to the name

Beside the name sits the belt the member holds in this group, and, if they owe anything, a red tag with the amount. Whoever is at the desk knows at a glance who still needs a word — and the member knows to pay before stepping on the mat.

When someone comes twice

A member can come in twice on one day if they train with two groups, and can sign in on two consecutive days without the previous visit being left open. Arrival and departure are kept to the minute, and that is what the reports are made of later.
