Terms of service
What we undertake, what we expect from you, and what happens if either falls short.
This text is not final. A real privacy notice and terms of service need the provider’s company details, and a lawyer to go over them. Until then this draft describes what actually happens — but it is not a contract.
The provider

What the contract covers
DoJoe is a subscription club management service used through the browser. The subscription grants access up to the limits of the plan you choose.
Subscription and payment
The subscription runs monthly or yearly and renews automatically at the end of the period until you cancel it. Our payment provider collects the fee and handles the card details. We give notice of any price increase before the next period.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. The service runs until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the subscription does not renew. There are no pro-rata refunds.
What we expect from you
Accurate details for the account, and that you have a lawful basis for handling the member data you upload: towards your members you are the controller, and we are the processor.
Availability
We do everything we can to keep the service running, and we plan maintenance in advance. Any specific availability commitment and the limitation of liability need legal review before they are stated here.
