Put a phone or a tablet by the door and open the Attendance page. The member types their name into the search box, taps it — and they have arrived. On the way out, the same tap closes the visit.
No sign-in, no password, no paper. On the digital attendance sheet the member sees only their own group, and can do nothing but mark an arrival and a departure.
Arrival and departure times are kept to the minute. Pick a group and a period, and you can see who was in when — broken down by a single day, a week or a whole season.
Visits still open show up live: whoever is in the hall right now is marked out in the list.
Pick a member and you see how many sessions they made, how much of which technique they practised, or whether a fee is still owed. The statistics chart also tells you whether they are ready for their next competition, and which week they began to drift away — long before they give up for good.
The same summary can be exported to PDF, whenever a coach, a parent or a grant application asks for it.
A group is just that: the Tuesday beginners’ session, the competitors, the weekday-morning adults. A member can belong to several groups, and you handle their attendance separately in each one.
The member list belongs to the club, not to a coach’s phone or squared notebook: when someone takes over a group, nobody has to be written down again.
If you train at two venues, that is two clubs in the same account — separate member lists, separate groups, a single sign-in.
Admins are assigned per club, so the coach at one hall does not see the roster of the other.
